Color adjustments must be addressed during recommended touch-up sessions.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Fear or anxiety after booking

Personal scheduling conflicts

Failure to follow aftercare

Natural fading over time
TOUCH-UP POLICY

Touch-ups must be scheduled within the recommended time frame.

Failure to schedule within that window may require a new session fee.
CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with:

Before/after documentation
If a chargeback is filed after services are rendered:

Initiating a false dispute may result in permanent booking ban.
