Refund and Dispute Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of permanent cosmetic services:

  • Services rendered are non-refundable.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference is not grounds for refund.

  • Color adjustments must be addressed during recommended touch-up sessions.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fear or anxiety after booking

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to follow aftercare

  • Natural fading over time

 

TOUCH-UP POLICY

  • Touch-ups must be scheduled within the recommended time frame.

  • Failure to schedule within that window may require a new session fee.

CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

  • By submitting payment, you agree:

  • You are authorizing the charge.

  • You understand deposits are non-refundable.

  • You agree to contact Inkognito PMU before initiating any bank dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with:​

  • Signed consent forms

  • Booking confirmations

  • IP logs

  • Communication records

  • Before/after documentation

If a chargeback is filed after services are rendered:​

  • You agree to pay all collection costs

  • You agree to pay any legal fees incurred

Initiating a false dispute may result in permanent booking ban.

 

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking, paying, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies
