By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Inkognito PMU, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Inkognito PMU provides MoriTint, a semi-permanent pigmentation procedure designed to create the appearance of fuller hair.

This is a cosmetic service only and is not medical treatment. Results vary by individual. Longevity, color retention, and aesthetic outcome are not guaranteed.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Clients must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be pregnant or nursing
• Not taking blood/skin thinning medications, steroids, Accutane/similar medications.
• Chemotherapy or radiation within the past 42 days.
• Not have active scalp infections, or contraindications
• Blood-borne conditions/Uncontrolled autoimmune disorders/Immunocompromised conditions.
• Disclose all relevant medical conditions

Failure to disclose medical conditions releases Inkognito PMU from liability.

Conditional/Requires Clearance:
• Diabetes (Controlled)
• History of cancer in remission
• Use of prescription skin medications
• History of hyperpigmentation

​

NOT SUITABLE FOR:

•Individuals with complete baldness (need existing hair)

•Those with white or gray hair who do not consistently color their hair

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with cosmetic pigmentation procedures.

Possible risks include, but are not limited to:

• Infection
• Allergic reaction
• Uneven pigment retention
• Fading
• Hyperpigmentation
• Swelling or irritation

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Inkognito PMU’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

Inkognito PMU shall not be liable for:

• Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results
• Emotional distress
• Loss of income
• Indirect or consequential damages

5. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A deposit is required to secure an appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Appointments are not confirmed without payment
• Remaining balance is due at the time of service

By submitting payment, you authorize Inkognito PMU to charge the selected payment method.

6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule
• Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount
• Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

7. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions.

Failure to follow aftercare may:

• Impact pigment retention
• Affect healing
• Require additional sessions

Inkognito PMU is not responsible for poor results due to non-compliance.

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Results vary based on:

• Skin type
• Lifestyle
• Immune response
• Aftercare compliance

Inkognito PMU does not guarantee specific results, density, or longevity.

9. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS DISCLOSURE

Inkognito PMU is independently owned and operated within Aura Studio. Aura Studio and its affiliates are not responsible for services, outcomes, or disputes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California.
